I wanted to give access to someone to only be able to manually purge files when needed, but the "User" (non-admin) type could change all sorts of settings1 vote
When using the maxcdn test in W3 Total Cache the response was Unable to resolve hostname: fc8bc973138fc66e6cd6e05a.nbmtpa6uibmbe3zuym3.netdna-cdn.com.1 vote
Currently there is no support for adding edge rules to zones via the api. We are able to accomplish everything else we need when setting up a pull zone except adding the edge rules, which prevents us from automating this process and requires team members to manually log into the MaxCDN control panel and create the edge rules for the zone manually.
Can we add the ability to create edge rules for a zone to the api?1 vote
The Delete User api endpoint does not actually delete the user, it just disables the user.
If you try to create a user again with the email of a user you deleted, you get an error: "The provided email already exists"
You do not see the deleted (disabled) user in the control panel or the Get Users endpoint.
I contacted support and they had no issue removing the user entirely so I could create one with that email again.
Can the Delete User endpoint actually delete the user instead of just diabling it?1 vote
We are getting some fix on both Pingdom and GTmetrix regarding Minimize redirects. Most all of the issues is redirects from our CDN url to our local ones.
Remove the following redirect chain if possible:
How can we get this issues to be fixed?
We have a number of customers in South Africa and having an edge location there would be great!3 votes
When disabling an Addon from a zone, there should be some text there that lets your customer knows to email/contact you to completely remove it from billing/invoicing. This is just not a very good practice in my opinion.1 vote
It would be incredibly useful if EdgeRules provided a "BYPASS CACHE" directive that used proxy_cache_bypass under the hood.
EdgeRules already provide a "NO CACHE" directive, which uses proxy_no_cache, but this has no effect on URLs that are already in the cache.
A "BYPASS CACHE" directive would make it possible to explicitly refresh content from the origin server given a specific condition, such as the presence of a "Pragma" request header. This isn't possible to achieve with the current set of EdgeRule directives.3 votes
Hi, I have to pay the following 2
Months, I do not have the option to do it1 vote
When I configure MAXCDN according to the directions, my page appears in completely blank.
I think it's due to SSL, because when I active ignore the HTTPS links, it returns to normal, but MAXCND does not seem to be working, since my web always redirects to HTTPS, and that's what it should do.
Please Help me, and excuse my bad English.
Thank you3 votes
It would be great, if you would support letsencrypt on your CDN. There are many use-cases where an free-ssl certificate would be acceptable and sufficient.
With AWS Cloudfront, there is an free customizable certificate (even wildcards) offered.
Other CDN Services are also supporting or planning to support letsencrypt and therefore the way to ssl-anywhere108 votes
MediaWiki is missing a working CDN for it. MaxCDN uses MediaWiki. Would be a good idea to try to implement that.3 votes
