Purge Cache in Directory
Currently one can either Purge Individual Files or Purge All Files. A middle step is greatly needed which would allow for purge of files in directory. Example to purge a directory one could simply enter the path.. /directory/images/ then click the Purge button.
The lack of this directory purge drives me crazy nutty.
either directory (+ all subdirectories), regex or by tag, like keycdn. very annoying at the moment.

Yes please. This will save us from having to purge the entire cache when only one folder is necessary. UI-wise, the Purge Individual File form could be updated to allow ending a path with a asterisk (*), and if so, any file paths that begin with everything leading up to it would be purged. Which would work for both directories (recursively) as well as files with the same name prefix. E.g. /path/to/my-file* would match both my-file-1.ext and my-file-2.ext.
I needed this function, too... It's a pain to always generate lists of files to purge them...
Purge of directories would be nice, or even better purge by wildcard.
This would make my life so much easier.
Another option would be to allow regex
